Bombstrikes welcome Australia's Bass Funk maestro; Kibosh. Although new to the label he is no stranger to the scene, with a string of top 10's already in the bag. Two tracks to choose from here, both with Kibosh's trademark funked out bass glitch sound, that is always accessible but forward thinking and avoiding the obvious route at the same time. The title track 'Spinning Wheel' delivers swing in abundance alongside warm bass tones and a blues undertone. 'Pep Squad' electro-fies things a little, still keeping the musicality high, with a growling bass holding things together. Two outstanding tracks pushing things on the bassier side of life but at the same time keeping the funk in tow.
